Free speech is important, specifically things that offend or cause people to be upset.

Here is an example, since we are 2 decades into wars in Afghanistan and people are being executed as I type.

Inbreeding causes low intelligence, chronic illness, mental illness and violent behavior.

If one cousin marriage lowers IQ by 10-16 points on average, what is the effect over centuries, and how must it affect other cognitive things not measured by IQ?

There seems to be no national data on Indonesia, but there are reports on 17 percent consanguinity on East Timor and a “high level of consanguineous marriages in some areas of Java.”
